Nesta receita, as frutas vermelhas combinadas com tâmaras – nosso adoçante natural – resultam numa opção deliciosa e nutritiva. E tem ainda a Manteiga de Coco Bioporã, que além das gorduras boas, irá segurar a textura da massa e ainda dar muito sabor!
Ingredientes:
1 xícara de tâmaras deixadas de molho (para amolecerem)
1/2 xícara de manteiga de coco derretida
1 xícara de framboesa congelada (ou mix de frutas vermelhas, mirtilos, amoras, morango, etc)
Modo de preparo:
Leve ao processador as tâmaras (sem a água da hidratação) e bata até ficar um creme. Adicione a manteiga de coco e bata bem. Por último, acrescente a framboesa e bata até virar uma massa. Fica fácil de modelar e bem macia.
Enrole com as mãos e passe em cacau, coco ralado, chocolate derretido ou castanhas picadas.
Se desejar, acrescente uma especiaria como cardamomo, baunilha, canela, etc.
Guarde em geladeira por cerca de 7 dias. Rende em média 8 trufas.
